The motorcycle ride to Nepal will include the following:
- All accommodation throughout the tour on twin sharing basis.
- all breakfast & Dinner.
- An experienced Tour Captain with English & Hindi as spoken languages.
- Mechanical Support, which means a small team of well trained & experienced mechanic with spare parts and tools including puncture kit will be accompanying the group in back up support vehicle. They will work on the motorcycles in case something goes wrong but spares will be charged to the riders as and when needed. we will do our best to help with the motorcycle but in case of major complications each rider is responsible for bringing hos own. rented motorcycle home. In case, motorcycle can't be fixed, it is the end of the trip.
- Permits required to enter & exit Nepal from India. However, local taxes are not included. These local taxes are imposed by local village municipalities.
- Medical Kit. However, please note that the responsibility of participant's health is totally of the participant's only.
- Accommodations in Hotels, Lodges, American Safari Tents or village Houses, Wildlife Resorts on Twin/Triple Sharing basis. HMC will attempt to match roommates according to smoking preferences. If HMC is unable to do so, participants agree to refrain from smoking in their hotel room/tent.
- HMC reserve the right to change services included in the tour price after tour booking in case an unexpected situation arises.

Yes, you do. In case, if you do not have your own motorcycle then we can help in getting a Royal Enfield on rent in New Delhi.
There are many ways to get your motorcycle in New Delhi for this ride. Either ride your motorcycle down or you can courier your motorcycle using courier services like GATI or train parcel. While sending the motorcycle via courier service, please make sure that they are packing it well and placing it properly.

· Total payable amount needs to deposit per person as a confirmation amount.
· Balance made payable 3 weeks before the departure date.
· If you are booking within 3 weeks of departure, full payment is due.

However, we would like to inform you that we will be riding one of the toughest terrains and being a pillion over rough & tough terrain like this is more difficult.
· This ride is open for all the motorcycles as far as your motorcycle is able to bear the wear & tear of this terrain. We will be riding through all the types of terrain including highway, broken roads, pot holes, sand, loose sand, granules, slush, super curvy mountain roads, freezing water streams and in rains as well.
Through our past experience, we recommend Royal Enfield but there are few other motorcycles as well which perform well. So, be careful and very critical while selecting the motorcycle for this ride and prepare your motorcycles properly. Incase of major complication, you may have to cut short your trip and bear the cost of transporting your motorcycle back. The situation will call zero refunds.
· Participant should have a valid driving license for motorcycle with gear permitted to ride in India.
· Motorcycle Registration Certificate, Insurance Papers and PUC (Pollution Under Control) Certificates should be valid for the duration of the ride. Incase of any Police Fine or situation like that, participant will be whole soul responsible and it is not the liability of HMC at all.
· Riding gear is compulsory which include a full face helmet, ankle high boots, full sleeves riding jacket with protectors, riding gloves, and knee-elbow guards.
· Accommodations will be provided on twin/ triple sharing basis - Breakfast & Dinner is included all the days.
· Mechanical Back Up Support—A small team of trained mechanics will be accompanying you with basic spares. Spares parts will be charged to the riders as and when needed. In case of major complication, motorcycle will have to be carried in truck to the nearest service station and rider will bear the transportation cost.
· Participant will be responsible for paying for their own fuel and food other than that included in the package.
· Participants are requested to carry their personal medication, a small first aid with them all the time.
· HMC will not tolerate the following:
· Intoxication: Any type of intoxication while on ride can force us for immediate expulsion.
· Conduct: Behave yourself in a manner that preserves your dignity and other around you, including fellow riders, support staff and locals of the region.
· Riding with out helmet or proper gear.
· If you are under medical treatment, we expect you to follow the medical instruction given by your doctor.
